  • WHITE SUGAR
  • BROWN SUGAR

  • CORN SYRUP
  • MAPLE SYRUP
  • FOOD & DRINK

Some of the above foods are also considered fun foods or treats so the ones highlighted have as part of your balanced eating if you like them. No one wants to be boring and food and eating needs to be fun and enjoyable but in moderation. The rest leave alone as much as possible. Some you dont need such as REFINED SUGARS, and other are just not good for you like HYDROGENATED OILS, FRUCTOSE SYRUP & CORN SYRUP.  

BUT BEWARE !!!!! you will find refined sugars, hydrogenated oils and corn syrups in most processed cakes, biscuits, pastries and processed foods. And now days corn / fructose syrups even in fizzy drinks as a sugar replacement .
